George is the CEO of ASTRIA and offers decades of European experience in real estate investment, asset management, development, and finance. Alongside his role at ASTRIA , he is also the CEO of Atlas Property Partners, a leading investment management and advisory firm. Prior to founding Atlas and ASTRIA, George was Head of Greece for Värde Partners, a global alternative investment manager and also held senior roles with Varde and Lehman Brothers in London, overseeing their direct and indirect investments across Europe, and across all property sectors including offices, industrial, retail, hospitality and residential.
George holds an MBA (with Distinction) from London Business School, MSc in Economics & Finance from the University of York and is MRICS-qualified.

As Head of Development, Vasileios has overall responsibility for the masterplan, construction, and delivery of Astria’s developments projects. A civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in real estate development, valuation, and asset management, Vasileios has worked with the largest financial institutions in Greece and even founded a development company specializing in residential projects.
Vasileios holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), the Hellenic Society of Civil Engineers, the Hellenic Society of Appraisers (SEKE), the Hellenic Institute of Evaluation (ELIE) and the Institute of Zero Energy Buildings (INZEB). Vasileios is also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser Recognized European Valuer – TEGoVA and Certified DGNB Auditor by the German Sustainable Building Council.

He collaborates closely with institutional investors and financial institutions on investment management, asset repositioning, and the monetization of real estate exposures. His focus includes investment planning and portfolio advisory, with a consistent emphasis on value creation and profit maximization.
Dimitrios holds a BSc in Statistics & Actuarial–Financial Mathematics from the University of the Aegean and an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Heriot-Watt University.

Vasiliki Damoura is a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in building design, technical studies, and real estate management. Combined with a deep knowledge of Greek Legislation, Vasiliki specializes in a range of technical property issues including advisory, portfolio and asset onboardings & technical due diligence.
Vasiliki holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece. She is also a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and the Hellenic Society of Civil Engineers.
